In what currency are the prices?
The currency depends on the currency of your location, this is automatic.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try to deliver goods as quickly as possible. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for your order to ship, average delivery time is 6-15 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 2-4 days after your order has been shipped. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us.
I don't like my order, can I return it? What to do if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the item is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own cost, once we receive the item we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include all name and order number on returned packages.
Please note that if your package is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order before it has been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, please use our simple returns system to receive a full refund.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do now?
If you missed a spelling or automatically entered the wrong address, simply reply to the order confirmation email and confirm. After you double check if the address provided is incorrect, please let us know via the contact page. If the address is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect filing.
